Description
• A mind-expanding tribute to cult progressive/hard rock legends Captain Beyond, reimagining material from their landmark early albums through the heavier, fuzzier lens of the Swedish psych and stoner-rock underground!
• Features an exceptional cast of heavy rock favorites including Pentagram, The Flower Kings, The Quill, Standarte, Abramis Brama, Qoph, Zello and more, with guest appearances from Hawkwind legend Nik Turner and Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian Robertson!
• First time ever on vinyl and the CD version includes six bonus tracks, highlighted by wildly distinctive versions of Captain Beyond’s signature “Dancing Madly Backwards (On A Sea Of Air)” from Joy Division/New Order bassist Peter Hook and industrial metal icons Ministry!
