This record is me reflecting on the experiences of looking for peace and happiness in love, success, and chasing that feeling of belonging. In these songs I’m walking my way through the ups and downs and ultimately taking a good long moment to look for answers in the people that came before me. Finding solace in simplicity. Trying to figure out if I can glean some wisdom from my ancestors, living and beyond.
